So I've gotten a few questions on how I do stuff in flash so I put together this simple tutorial. Vanellope's glitching effect is really easy to do and not as complicated as some people are making it out to be. This version only takes a few minutes to do probally. Anyways hope this helps some people.

Thank you soooooo much, I`ve been trying to acheive this effect for ages not only for Vanellope but for my OC also. Because he dosen`t have a game or had one in the first place, His glitching is like an indicator to his health. The closer to 0 HP the more he glitches.
